Warranty and Return Policy

1-year-warranty.jpgAll our gear is cleaned, tested by manufacturer certified technicians, and covered by our no-hassle 5-year warranty (all sales after 11-14-15) for end users. We offer dealers a standard 120-day warranty. If you discover a problem within the warranty period, please contact us immediately and we will take care of you right away. If a replacement is in stock, we will ship it out immediately (security deposit may be required for advanced replacments). If we do not have a replacement available we will give you the choice: we can try to find you a replacement as fast as possible or we can give you a refund. Either way, we want your experience to be hassle free. If you decide to receive a refund, we will schedule the pickup of the equipment at your location so you don't have to go to a shipper to return it. Even if you have a problem not covered under warranty, contact us and we will give you a discount off the advertised price on any replacements or upgrades.
